A denial should be understandable. This page helps organize questions without promising a decision can be overturned.
Start with these facts
- Country, state, province, or region involved.
- Policy type.
- Date of loss.
- Date reported.
- Reason in the denial or reservation letter.
- Policy clause or exclusion cited.
- Evidence already submitted.
- Whether the insurer issued a final position.
This is not claim advice. Consider escalating through the adjuster, supervisor, insurer complaint office, external complaint body, regulator, or licensed legal advice where appropriate.
